You have 14 days to return an item after receiving it. For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with the packaging intact. This applies to all parts, including biomass boiler spare parts and BELIMO products. A proof of purchase is required for a smooth return process.

For B2B customers who have purchased BELIMO products, the return process is slightly different. We understand the importance of returning parts that may not be suitable for your needs. Here’s the process for BELIMO returns:
Return Window: BELIMO products can be returned within 6 months of the original order date. Returns requested after six months will not be accepted.
Return Conditions: Products must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
RMA Number: You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Eco Spares before shipping the goods back. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund or credit note. Additional charges may apply if there are missing items, damaged packaging, or the need to re-box the product.
Some items are not eligible for return due to their nature or conditions of use. These include:
Used Components: Parts that have been installed, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
Extreme Temperature Exposure: Products like lambda sensors, burner grates, and ignition elements that have been exposed to extreme temperatures are generally not returnable. This is due to damage caused by conditions outside the manufacturer’s design specifications.
Custom Orders: Specially ordered or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
For items used in environments that exceed the manufacturer’s recommended specifications, such as extreme temperatures or humidity, we will not accept returns for damage caused by these factors.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at info@ecospares.co.uk within two business days. Provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or error, and we’ll evaluate the issue.
For verified claims, we will arrange for replacement, rectification, or refund at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
