3. What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to return an item after receiving it. Just make sure it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items used in environments with extreme temperatures are generally not eligible for return. The conditions of use may extend beyond the manufacturer's design specifications, and such variations are beyond their control. Specifically, components like lambda sensors, burner grates, and ignition elements may incur damage when exposed to temperatures exceeding their intended operational limits. Such damage is often the result of an underlying issue with the appliance, rather than a fault in the manufacturing process. Therefore, returns for these items will not be accepted in cases where damage is linked to misuse or external factors beyond the manufacturer's specifications.
4. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

As long as your items are unused and undamaged, we'll gladly accept them and issue a refund.

7. How long does shipping take?
We’ll process your order within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another notification once your order has shipped.
8. What are the shipping rates?
We always use a guaranteed 24 hour, tracked service. Shipping costs within the UK will be calculated and shown at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that any delays due to postal strikes or courier issues are beyond our control.
