This pellet auger bushing and housing is commonly found on the following pellet boilers:

This bushing allows the stoker to sit centrally in its channel, allowing for efficient delivery of the fuel to the burner grate. The bushing is suseptible to wear, which is can be exacerbated over time by wood pellet dust. Proper lubrication during servicing can extend the lifetime of the bushing, as well as using EN-A1 plus pellets with minimal dust
