For homes with suitable fuel-storage space and heating demand within this range. A natural starting point for detached rural houses and farmhouses.

A range to discuss for substantial dwellings or projects serving several buildings. We only recommend this capacity where a detailed assessment supports it.

Eco-HK 100 and 110 have listed nominal heat outputs of 99 and 108 kW respectively. Output depends on using the specified fuel.

These are two boiler families, each with several models. Final selection follows assessment of heat loss, hot-water demand, fuel supply and site conditions. A larger boiler is not automatically a better choice.

Both Eco-HK families combine automatic operation with monitored combustion and built-in cleaning.

Step-grate combustion

A moving grate system manages the fuel bed, supported by contactless firebed monitoring.
Responsive combustion control

A lambda sensor monitors combustion, with fuel-quality detection to help the boiler respond to its fuel.
Automatic heat-exchanger cleaning

Cleaning covers both heat-exchanger passes, reducing the amount of routine manual cleaning.
Practical ash handling

Grate ash and fly ash are discharged into the ash box. Further automatic ash-extraction options can be specified.

Is wood chip heating right for my home?

Start by asking whether you have suitable space for the boiler and fuel store, practical delivery access and a reliable fuel supply. We’ll assess those alongside your heat demand. Wood chip is not the right fit for every home; we can discuss other options where appropriate.

Can it replace my existing oil or biomass boiler?

A replacement is worth discussing, but the whole installation needs to be assessed. Send details of your current boiler, annual fuel use and available space. Existing pipework, thermal storage or fuel-handling equipment should not be assumed suitable without checking.

How much will the installation cost?

The quotation depends on the boiler, fuel-handling system, storage arrangements, flue, electrical work, hydraulic connections and any building work needed. TISIGO will quote against an agreed specification rather than a headline boiler-only price.

Does automatic operation mean maintenance-free?

No. Automatic feeding and cleaning reduce day-to-day handling, but the system still needs the correct fuel, ash management and maintenance in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. TISIGO also provides Hargassner servicing, repairs and maintenance.
