Our Returns Policy
You have 14 days to return an item after receiving it. Just make sure it’s
unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. To start a return,
simply email us at info@ecospares.co.uk. Returns should be sent to: ECOSPARES, 19 Kingsway West, Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 0JA.
Please note that items used in environments with extreme temperatures are generally
not eligible for return. The conditions of use may extend beyond the manufacturer's design specifications, and such variations are beyond their control. Specifically, components like lambda sensors, burner grates, and ignition elements may incur damage when exposed to temperatures exceeding their intended operational limits. Such damage is often the result of an underlying issue with the appliance, rather than
a fault in the manufacturing process. Therefore, returns for these items will not be accepted in cases where damage is linked to misuse or external factors beyond the manufacturer's specifications.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
