BBSM in Liquidation: Biomass Boiler Servicing Support for Existing Customers

If BBSM previously serviced your biomass boiler, you may be wondering where to turn for maintenance, repairs and ongoing support.

BBSM Ltd, the biomass boiler servicing and maintenance company, has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation. The public notice confirms that liquidators were appointed on 1 September 2026. For customers who need a new service provider, arranging continued maintenance is a practical next step.

Who can service my Hargassner, ETA or Fröling boiler?

TISIGO is an authorised Hargassner, ETA, and Fröling (among others) service provider throughout the UK, supporting domestic and commercial biomass boiler owners.

What should I prepare before contacting a new engineer?

To help TISIGO assess your requirements, provide:

Your site address and postcode.
The boiler manufacturer, model, output and serial number, if available.

A photograph of the boiler’s identification plate can be particularly useful if you are unsure which model you have.

If a service is approaching or your boiler has an unresolved fault, make contact early so that availability and the required work can be discussed.
